    ich verstehe deine Nachricht nicht wirklich. Kann es sein, dass Du gar kein deutsch kannst und das durch einen automatischen Übersetzer laufen lassen hast?

    while other servers accept them without problems.
    what can I do to fix the problem? Are there any settings that need to be adjusted?

    Hi mpilegio,

    now I can understand Your problem.

    BwPostman uses the possibilities of Joomla to send the emails. So there are no options to set for this in BwPostman.

    The error occurs, if Your mail server don't behave correct, see this link: cr.yp.to/docs/smtplf.html

    If the error only occurs for some recipients, then it is because the receiving mail server has implemented a conversion for such misconfigured mails.

    In Joomla there are three ways to send emails: PHP Mail, Sendmail and SMTP. The one You selected produces this error, so You can try to use one of the other options. Perhaps this would help.
