[SOLVED] Captcha wird nicht angezeigt

    Korrekt angezeig wird das Captcha-Bild im Modul Mailversand:, aber nicht im Registrierungsformular. Dort steht nur das Wort captcha. Siehe Anhänge.

    Hallo Wolfgang,

    ich weiß nicht, was Du mir dem Bild mailversand.png zeigen willst, denn das hat mir BwPostman nichts zu tun. Hier wird reCaptacha verwendet, BwPostman verwendet sein eigenes Captcha.

    Was ich mir vorstellen kann: Das von Dir genannte Modul krallt sich alle Elemente mit der CSS-Klasse captcha und will sie ersetzen. Da in dem Container, den BwPostman für die Ausgabe seines Captchas verwendet, die Angaben, die das Modul (genauer müsste da zusätzlich noch ein Plugin sein) benötigt, nicht findet, ersetzt es einfach den vorhandenen Container mit dem Text captcha.

    Wenn Du einen Link zur Seite hast, dann kann ich mir das mal ansehen.

    Hallo Romana, danke für die schnelle Antwort. Du kannst den Link www.ssv-bobingen.de verwenden, um Dir das anzusehen. Auf der Startseite befindet sich rechts das Modul zur registrierung der Newsletter. Das Kontaktformular unter 'Kontakt'.

    Hallo Wolfgang,

    okay, an dem anderen Captcha liegt es nicht. Hätte mich ehrlich gesagt auch gewundert. Damit ist klar, dass das Bild, das an dieser Stelle erscheinen soll, nicht gefunden wird. Das Bild müsste im Verzeichnis <Joomla-Installation>/components/com_bwpostman/assets/camimgdir liegen. Kannst Du mal nachsehen (z. B. per Filezilla), ob das Verzeichnis bei Dir existiert? Falls ja: Sind dort png-Dateien vorhanden und welche Rechte sind für Verzeichnis und Dateien hinterlegt?

    im genannten Verzeichnis sind jede menge png-Dateien mit den Rechten 644.

    Ich habe mir mal den betreffenden Codeschnipsel angesehen, der das Captcha darstellen soll:

    Genau eine Bilddatei 45658b54705980b44dffd248ef6a1d52.png existiert nicht, sollte das die Verbindung von Link und Datei sein!
