    Hi zusammen,

    ich habe folgendes Phänomen.
    Ich ändere die Mail Adresse eines bestehenden Abonnenten.
    Der nächste Newsletter geht allerdings an die Mail Adresse vor der Änderung. Beim Abonnenten selber steht die neue Adresse im Datensatz.

    Werden irgendwo eventuell die Mail Adressen gecachet?

    Danke im Voraus!

    Hallo Steve,

    nein, Mailadressen werden nicht zwischengespeichert. Aber die Newsletter gelangen in eine Queue, die abgearbeitet wird. Bist Du dir sicher, dass es wirklich der nächste Newsletter ist und nicht einer, der vielleicht in der Queue hängen geblieben ist?

    Hi Romana,

    ich bin ganz sicher, ist nun schon 3 mal passiert.
    Ich hatte den User auch ganz gelöscht und neu angelegt. Selbst da wurde die alte Mail Adresse genommen.

    Hallo Steve,

    also wenn Du wirklich User meinst, dann liegt hier der Hund begraben. Das sind die von Joomla. Wenn Du die Mailadresse eines Users änderst, dann interessiert das BwPostman nicht die Bohne.

    Wenn Du allerdings Abonnent meinst, dann ist mir das Verhalten ein Rätsel. Wie gehst Du denn beim Löschen eines Abonnenten vor?

    Sorry, ich meinte Abonnenten.
    Wenn ich den lösche, dann archivier ich ihn zuerst und lösch ihn dann aus den Archivierten Abonnenten.

    Okay, damit wäre das geklärt. Löschen ist auch richtig.

    Mal ein anderer Versuch: Versende einen Newsletter, wenn dieser Abonnent gelöscht ist…
